wah..2day gt ncc trainin..arm drill n pt..haha..quite fun bt aso veri tiring..whn we were bout 2 do the pt mam wan 5 persons 2 step up so i,shirley,christa,isabella n jayanthi..haha..n we b cm the tempo ic 4 pt..haha..it was damm tiring..all of thm(part a n b) do until siao..haha..thn part b haf their arm drill..we train n train..thn i nv eat..so stomach veri pain bt ren zhu...heex..thn i veri blur dunno wat mam is sayin bout thn my frenx teach me..haha..at the end of it..it was tirin n fun..yeah!!
